Slightly set back from the hustle and bustle of the port, you can taste the generous and modern cuisine of the young chef Jonathan Selliez (helped by his mother in pastry making), who plays on textures and flavors. The fish comes from sustainable fishing, like this superb fillet of line-caught bass from the Alabaster coast, cooked to perfection with its variety of carrots. We are not about to take off!
